At Kandeladiá, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Same-Day Delivery (Within Metro Manila):

• Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila.
• Cut-off time for same-day delivery orders is 2:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be sent out the following weekday.

Regular Shipping (Provincial Orders):

• Provincial orders are shipped out twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday.
• Luzon orders are sent out via J&T Express.
• Visayas and Mindanao orders are sent out via LBC.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are calculated in real-time during checkout.

Order Confirmation:

• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please refer to the tracking information for accurate details.
